◦ do not charge extra for after hour sessions

◦ support therapy accessibility for students and concession holders by providing a more affordable session rate

◦ we provide an accessible service without the need for a Mental Health Care Plan

I understand that attending therapy requires personal investment - financially, emotionally and also your time. I want to make sure that our services are as accessible and convenient as possible.

At Temenos Psychotherapy, I’ve structured this service to create flexibility that caters to your unique needs. Here's what I offer:

  • Thoughtful fees: The fees are intentionally designed to align with the typical gap cost for psychology services, eliminating the need for a mental health care plan. I also provide a subsidised fee for concession holders.

  • Free complimentary in-between support: I provide a complimentary service that allows you to maintain contact between sessions so I can offer additional support when needed.

  • Different session options: Choose between in-person in the Peregian Springs space or online sessions, including video or phone consultations to best suit your comfort and needs. You are welcome to select the duration of a session also: 30, 60 or 90 minutes to suit your needs & budget.

  • Free access to Return to Self Membership: All active therapy clients receive complimentary access to my monthly healing membership, Return to Self (usually $88.88/month). Inside, you’ll find guided practices, somatic tools, self-inquiry practices meditations, and a supportive community space to deepen your self-discovery journey outside of session.

  • 1. Connection Call (20 mins)

    Free.

    Discovering the right therapist can be challenging. To make it easier, I offer a complimentary connection call. It's your opportunity to ask questions, connect beyond my profile, and there's absolutely no obligation to continue with me afterward. I would love to connect with you!

  • 2. Initial Session (90 minutes)

    Full Fee: $220 | Concession: $150

    Our initial therapy session, lasting 90 minutes, marks the beginning of your therapeutic journey. During this session, we take the time to connect and understand your unique therapy needs and your desires of where you would like to be.

  • 3. Ongoing Sessions (60 minutes)

    Full Fee: $165 | Concession: $110

    These sessions follow our initial session and provides a flexible space where we can delve into the areas you wish to address at your own pace. While many clients start with weekly or fortnightly sessions, the frequency is completely up to you.

In-between Session Phone Support

No cost

Sophia provides free messaging support in between sessions.

I never want cost to be the reason why you cannot attend therapy. Please feel free contact Sophia to discuss your situation, I can work with you to arrange a payment plan.

*Concession fees are a subsidised service exclusively for self-funded students, veterans, seniors and health care card holders only.
*NDIS fees will be in line with recommended fees. We do not offer Medicare rebates or private health rebates at this stage.

The in person therapy space is located in Peregian Springs, Sunshine Coast. There is parking available at the front of the premises.
